Abstract
Overview
ISO/TR 1281-1:2021 is a Technical Report from ISO that provides explanatory background to ISO 281:2007 on rolling bearing load ratings and life. Rather than introducing new requirements, this document explains the derivation of the mathematical expressions, symbols and empirical factors used to calculate the basic dynamic load rating and basic rating life of rolling bearings.
