Abstract
1 Scope This technical report has been developed to support IEC 61340‑5‑1. The controls and limits referenced in this standard were developed to protect devices that are susceptible to discharges of 100 V or greater using the human body model test method. However, the general concepts are still valid for devices that are susceptible to discharges of less than 100 V.
