Abstract
1 Scope This document provides real use cases, situational understanding and practical solutions applicable to the provisions concerning staff and training in ISO 14785:2024 [1] . This document can be used as a reference or inspiration for tourism information services (TIS) management organizations analysing and improving their TIS staff training and pursuing quality TIS through the application of ISO 14785:2024 [1] .
