Abstract
Overview
EN ISO 16610-30:2017 (ISO 16610-30:2015) is a Geometrical Product Specification (GPS) standard that specifies the used in profile filtration and surface metrology. Adopted by CEN, this part of the series defines terminology, robustness concepts, and foundational methods for filters that are insensitive to data anomalies (outliers, scratches, steps). It is a conceptual standard intended to guide correct selection and interpretation of robust profile filtering in surface texture measurement.
