ISO 21102:2020 - Adventure tourism - Leaders - Personnel competence defines minimum requirements and recommendations for the competencies and expected results of adventure tourism activity leaders. The standard applies to all types and sizes of adventure tourism providers (except diving leaders) and supports safer delivery, better participant care and alignment with a provider’s safety management system.
