EN 27721:1991 - Countersunk head screws: head configuration and gauging () is a European standard (published by CEN) that sets out the characteristics and recommended gauging methods for countersunk head screws with metric thread sizes . The standard describes head configuration criteria and recommends inspection/gauging practices referenced by the relevant product standards. An annex provides the calculation basis used for the gauging recommendations. is technically identical to and has national implementations (e.g., SIST :1996).
