Overview
EN ISO 10893-7:2019 specifies requirements for digital radiographic testing (DR) of the weld seam in welded steel tubes using either computed radiography (CR) or digital detector arrays (DDAs). Intended primarily for automatic fusion arc‑welded longitudinal or helical seams, the standard defines test methods, image quality criteria, calibration procedures and acceptance levels for the detection of imperfections. It can also be applied to circular hollow sections. As a CEN-adopted ISO standard, it supersedes the 2011 edition.
