Abstract
Overview
EN ISO 11111-2:2005/A2:2016 is Amendment 2 to the safety standard for textile machinery - Part 2: . Prepared by ISO/TC 72 in collaboration with CEN/TC 214 and approved by CEN in May 2016, this amendment updates normative references, clarifies protective device requirements and aligns the Part 2 standard with current ISO safety terminology and guidance. The amendment supports conformity with the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) when cited in the Official Journal.
