Abstract
Overview
EN ISO 11850:2011/A1:2016 - Machinery for forestry - General safety requirements - is a CEN-adopted amendment to the international standard ISO 11850:2011. This minor amendment (A1:2016) updates the original standard to clarify requirements for service openings and adds a mass requirement for hand-removable covers. The document is intended to harmonize safety expectations for forestry machinery across CEN member countries and to support compliance with relevant EU requirements.
