EN - "Wood-based panels - Determination of formaldehyde release - Part 4: Desiccator method" is a CEN-endorsed ISO procedure for measuring the quantity of from common wood-based panels (particleboard, fibreboard, plywood, OSB and laminated wooden flooring). The method captures emissions in a controlled environment and quantifies the formaldehyde absorbed in water over a 24-hour test period.
