Abstract
Overview
EN ISO 14816:2005/A1:2019 is an amendment to the international standard EN ISO 14816 (ISO 14816:2005) that governs automatic vehicle and equipment identification (AVIE) for road transport and traffic telematics. Approved by CEN in 2019, this amendment updates ASN.1 data definitions, encoding assumptions and several data-field structures used for numbering and data exchange in intelligent transport systems (ITS).
