Abstract
Overview
EN ISO 20344:2021 (ISO 20344:2021) specifies standardized test methods for footwear designed as personal protective equipment (PPE). Adopted as the European standard EN and replacing the 2011/2012 edition, it defines the sampling, conditioning, test procedures and reporting required to evaluate protective footwear performance consistently across laboratories and manufacturers.
