EN ISO 3830:1995 () - "Petroleum products - Determination of lead content of gasoline - Iodine monochloride method" specifies a laboratory procedure to determine present as in gasoline. The method covers concentrations from and is to gasolines containing manganese anti‑knock additives. The standard emphasises safety when handling reactive reagents (iodine monochloride) and requires use of analytical‑grade reagents and Grade 3 water.
