Overview
EN ISO 4210-9:2023 (ISO 4210-9:2023) is the part of the ISO 4210 bicycle safety series that specifies test methods for saddles and seat‑posts. Endorsed by CEN as EN ISO 4210-9:2023, this second edition updates and replaces the 2014 version and provides standardized procedures to verify the strength, security and durability of saddle and seat‑post assemblies for city & trekking, young‑adult, mountain and racing bicycles.
