Overview
EN ISO 9261:2010 - Agricultural irrigation equipment: Emitters and emitting pipe - Specification and test methods (ISO 9261:2004) is the CEN-adopted European version of the ISO standard covering mechanical and functional requirements and conformity test methods for drip irrigation components. It applies to emitters, emitting (drip/trickling) pipes, hoses (including collapsible “tapes”) and tubing whose emitting units are integral, and to dedicated fittings. The standard covers emitters with or without pressure regulation and limits outlet flow rates to 24 l/h per outlet (except during flushing). It does not apply to porous pipe nor to pipe performance regarding clogging.
