Abstract
Overview
IEC 63033-3:2019 is an international standard developed by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) that specifies used in car multimedia equipment. This standard complements IEC TS 63033-1:2017, which defines the system models and general requirements for such systems. Drive monitoring systems enhance driver safety by providing real-time images of a vehicle’s surroundings using external cameras, enabling dynamic viewpoints suited to varying driving situations through “free eye point” technology.
