Use of defined standard phosphate solutions and calculation of a calibration factor or regression line

Procedure highlights:

Carbonization at ~350 °C, then ashing at 550 °C until white ash
Color development: reducing solution + molybdate reagent, stand 20 min in the dark
Measurement and calculation using calibration factor; formula provided for mg/kg result
