Abstract
Overview
ISO 12176-2:2008/Amd 1:2021 is an important amendment to the international standard covering equipment used for the fusion jointing of polyethylene (PE) piping systems via electrofusion. Published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), this standard updates the technical requirements and interfaces for electrofusion control units and equipment. It is part two in the series, which focuses on the fusion of plastics pipes and fittings.
