Abstract
Overview
ISO 13583-1:2023 - "Centrifugally cast steel and alloy products - Part 1: General testing and tolerances" specifies general requirements, test methods and tolerances for intended for heat-resisting, corrosion-resisting and general engineering applications. The standard sets expectations for supply, mechanical testing, surface finish, minimum sound wall (MSW) thickness, dimensional and shape tolerances, inspection procedures and optional supplementary tests.
