Minimum shear loads (N): 3 mm → 760; 3.2 mm → 800; 4 mm → 1 500; 4.8 mm → 2 000.
Minimum tensile loads (N): 3 mm → 950; 3.2 mm → 1 000; 4 mm → 1 800; 4.8 mm → 2 500.
Maximum mandrel break loads (N): 3 / 3.2 mm → 3 000; 4 mm → 4 500; 4.8 mm → 5 000.

Additional performance:

Mandrel push‑out resistance must exceed 10 N.
Mandrel head retention test loads (N): 3/3.2 mm → 15; 4 mm → 20; 4.8 mm → 25.

Workmanship & acceptance: Rivets must be free of burrs and defects; no cracking at 5× magnification after setting. Acceptance inspection follows ISO 3269 unless otherwise agreed.

Designation example: Blind rivet ISO 16583 - 4 ×××× 12 - Cu/St (for a 4 mm × 12 mm Cu body / steel mandrel rivet).
