Overview
ISO 1784:1976 specifies a standardized titrimetric method for the determination of zinc content in aluminium alloys using an EDTA (ethylenedinitrilo tetraacetic acid) volumetric approach. The method applies to aluminium alloys containing between 0.10% and 12.0% zinc by mass, provided they do not contain cadmium.
