ISO 22646:2005 - Space data and information transfer systems - Space packet protocol specifies the space packet protocol for transferring space application data over networks that include ground-to-space or space-to-space links. Adopted from CCSDS 133.0-B-1 (September 2003), this International Standard defines a unified packet protocol suitable for cross‑agency and multi‑mission use, aligning the specification with the OSI reference model for interoperability across spacecraft, ground stations, and relay nodes.
