Instrumental measurement: Flame AAS with a lead hollow‑cathode lamp. Reference spectrometer settings are provided (e.g. wavelength 283.3 nm, slit 0.5 nm, recommended gas flows).

Calibration: External calibration series prepared from a lead standard diluted to 0; 0.5; 1.0; 2.0; 5.0; 10.0 µg/ml.

Quality control: Blank correction in parallel; duplicate results must agree within ±10% of their mean. If outside limits, re-test (increase sample mass if needed).

Calculations & reporting: Lead content calculated from measured concentration, blank correction, solution volume, dilution factor and sample mass. Test report must reference ISO 22863-3:2020 and include sample description, lab ID, results and any anomalies.
