Overview
ISO 2307:2019 - Fibre ropes: Determination of certain physical and mechanical properties defines standardized test methods for measuring key physical and mechanical characteristics of fibre ropes. This fifth-edition ISO document (2019) replaces ISO 2307:2010 and is intended for use in laboratory testing, quality control and conformity assessment of ropes used across marine, industrial, lifting, sports and general textile applications.
