ISO 3652:1975 specifies the characteristics and basic dimensions of rope reels intended for the storage of mooring and towing ropes on vessels operating on inland waterways. Published by ISO’s Technical Committee ISO/TC 8 (Shipbuilding), this standard defines sizing conventions, construction notes and a designation format to promote consistent production and interchangeability of rope reels used in inland navigation.
