Abstract
Overview
ISO 39001:2012/Amd 1:2024 is the latest amendment to the International Standard ISO 39001:2012, which specifies requirements for Road Traffic Safety (RTS) management systems. This amendment introduces climate action changes aimed at integrating climate considerations into the management of road traffic safety. Developed by ISO Technical Committee ISO/TC 241, this update reflects the growing importance of environmental factors in transport and traffic safety management.
