Overview
ISO 4570:2002 - Tyre valve threads is an International Standard that specifies limit dimensions and tolerances for common tyre valve thread series. It consolidates and revises earlier partized standards (, -2, -3) and was prepared by ISO/TC 31 (Tyres, rims and valves), Subcommittee SC 9. The standard defines thread profiles, designation rules and dimensional limits for a range of valve thread series used on tube and tubeless tyres.
