Abstract
Overview
ISO 5019-3:1984 is the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) specification that defines dimensions for rectangular checker bricks used in regenerative furnaces. Published as the first edition on 15 September 1984 and prepared by ISO/TC 33 (Refractories), this part of the ISO 5019 series establishes a standardized set of brick sizes (given in millimetres) and notes the correspondence of some North American sizes.
