Scraper height: 40–60 mm. Upper scraper surface minimum width: 15 mm.

Installation clearances: When evacuating solid manure through a covered channel or wall opening, allow a minimum 300 mm vertical clearance above the channel base.

Materials and toxicity: Any anti‑corrosion treatment must not leave residual toxicity.

Safety and protection:

Safety overload device to prevent damage.
Guides must be protected to prevent accidental contact.
Motor‑reduction belts and chains must be fully covered.
No unnecessary sharp edges or projections.
Tightener for traction gear must be accessible at floor level.
Lubrication and cleaning points must be readily accessible.
Tipping ramps must be designed to avoid dangerous fallback and must not require personnel to stand under lifting elements.
Electrical equipment must comply with national regulations.

Documentation: Supplier must provide an instruction and maintenance sheet in the user's language (see ISO 3600).
