Analytical measurements: Must density at 20 °C, sugar content (g/L), total acidity (meq/L), pH, total polyphenols, iron, turbidity, etc., recorded in the test report.

Reporting and forms: Annexes D–F provide standard control forms for quantitative, qualitative and overall evaluation, and Annex E/F examples of test report content.
