Measure surface temperature at a minimum rate of one reading per 10 m of surface and use the lowest measured temperature.

Test report: Must record ISO reference, date/time (ISO 8601), instruments used, calculated dew point, surface temperatures, temperature difference to dew point, minimum required difference, anomalies, and a final “high” or “low” condensation risk judgment.
