Abstract
Overview
ISO/IEC 10166-1:1991/Amd 2:1996 is an international standard that defines the combined usage of Document Filing and Retrieval (DFR) and Document Transfer And Manipulation (DTAM) within information technology systems for text and office applications. This amendment enhances the original Part 1 standard, which provides the abstract service definition and procedures for document filing and retrieval, by integrating DTAM functionalities to manipulate documents at a granular level.
