Abstract
Overview
ISO/IEC 18013-4:2019/Amd 1:2024 is an amendment to the international standard for personal identification - ISO‑compliant driving licence, Part 4: Test methods. This Amendment 1 introduces normative test methods for compact encoding (CE) of the logical data structure (LDS) used on ISO-compliant driving licences. It updates references (notably to ), adds the CE abbreviation, expands interoperability requirements, and adds a new normative containing detailed CE test case specifications.
