Abstract
Overview
ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018/Amd 1:2024 is an amendment to the international standard for IT service management systems (SMS). It updates Part 1 - Service management system requirements (third edition, 2018) by introducing climate action considerations into the SMS requirements. The amendment adds explicit direction that an organization must determine whether is a relevant issue and notes that can have climate-related requirements.
