Abstract
Overview
ISO/IEC 23001-13:2019 - "Information technology - MPEG systems technologies - Part 13: Media orchestration" specifies an architecture and mechanisms for coordinating multimedia capture, processing and playback in heterogeneous device and network environments. The standard addresses temporal and spatial orchestration, messaging and control, and its carriage, and orchestration data to enable synchronized, coordinated media experiences across sources and sinks.
