Overview
ISO/IEC 24775-7:2014 - Information technology - Storage management - Part 7: Host elements defines management profiles for host-based storage devices. It specifies autonomous profiles (for standalone host storage entities), component/subprofiles (reusable management building blocks), and abstract profiles (templates for creating new host-based profiles). Part 7 is one of eight reorganized parts (ISO/IEC 24775-1 to -8) that together update and replace the 2011 second edition.
