Overview
ISO 21001:2018 - Management systems for educational organizations - defines requirements and guidance for an Educational Organization Management System (EOMS). Published by ISO and adopted nationally (e.g., SIST ISO 21001:2019), the standard provides a structured management-system approach tailored to organizations that deliver educational products and services.
