The Technical Report specifies the DBIS data structure and sharing workflows so that vehicles and ITS infrastructure (vehicle ITS stations, roadside ITS stations, cloud ITS stations and personal ITS stations) can collect, share and use egocentric driving behaviour information for safer, predictive driving.
