The method specified under PD CEN/TS 17083 has been single laboratory validated via the analysis of spiked samples (French fries (uncooked), bread, water biscuit, infant cereal, biscuit, green coffee, roast coffee, and instant coffee), ranging from 30 microgram/kg to 1 500 microgram/kg acrylamide.
