IEC 61400 covers wind energy generation systems. PD IEC TR 61400 ‑ 21 ‑ 3 is one of the parts in the series of documents that provides guidance on principles which can be used to determine the applicability, structure, and recommendations for the WT harmonic model. A harmonic model is defined in this Technical Report as a model that describes harmonic emissions of various WT types interacting with the connected network.
