Abstract
What is ISO 22082 about ?
ISO 22082 is an international standard which discusses nanotechnologies. ISO 22082 specifies a method for rapidly assessing nanomaterial toxicity (fish early life stage, 0 HPF to 120 HPF). ISO 22082 includes specifies the importance of a cellular chorion removal, detailed chorion removal procedures, and a complete protocol for the toxicity assessment of nanomaterial using dechorionated zebrafish embryos. The focus of ISO 22082 is on testing nanomaterial toxicity.
