EN ISO 15641:2001 - Milling cutters for high speed machining - Safety requirements specifies safety requirements for milling cutters used in high speed machining (chip removal at increased peripheral speeds) on metalworking machine tools. The standard addresses principle hazards from high rotational energy, prescribes design methods, centrifugal force test procedures, operational limits, and the required information for use to minimise or eliminate risks.
