EN ISO 16841:2014 / ISO 16841:2014 - Steel wire ropes - Pulling eyes for rope installation - Types and minimum requirements - defines and standardizes the different types of pulling eyes (also called beckets) prepared at or attached to steel wire rope ends to facilitate installation and re-reeving. The standard specifies minimum geometry, strength, maximum line pull (WLL) expectations, type testing, and the information for use (marking and certificates) that manufacturers must provide.
