EN - Construction drawings - Designation systems - Part 1: Buildings and parts of buildings () defines a standardized approach to naming and coding buildings, spaces, building elements and components in construction drawings and documentation. Published by ISO and adopted by CEN as an EN standard, it establishes rules for designation codes to ensure consistent identification across design, construction and facility management workflows.
