Quality criteria: Repeatability (same analyst) limit ≈ 0.75% of mean; reproducibility (different labs) limit ≈ 1.5% of mean.

Annex: Paper‑chromatography method for validating the anhydrous D‑glucose standard (detection of maltose/other sugars).
