Abstract
Overview
SIST EN ISO 5943:2007 specifies a reliable method for the determination of chloride content in cheese and processed cheese products using a potentiometric titration technique. Developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and adopted as a European and Slovenian standard, this method is applicable to all types of cheese and processed cheese that contain more than 0.2% chloride by mass.
