ISO 2647:2020 - "Wool - Determination of percentage of medullated fibres by the projection microscope" defines a laboratory method to determine the percentage of medullated wool fibres using a projection microscope. The method applies to woollen and worsted products at all stages, from raw fleece through to yarn, and replaces the 1973 edition with updated terms, procedure and reporting requirements.
