SIST ISO 4782:1999 is an international standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) that specifies the diameters, requirements, tolerances, and testing methods for metal wire used in industrial wire screens and woven wire cloth. Applicable to wire with a circular cross-section ranging from 0.02 mm to 25 mm in diameter, this second edition supersedes the first edition from 1981 and provides enhanced clarity on tolerances and testing procedures.
