Overview

CEN ISO/TR 41030:2025 (ISO/TR 41030:2024) is a Technical Report that documents the state of the industry for performance management in facility management (FM) organizations. It summarises existing research, methodologies and performance indicators used across public and private sectors, and outlines needs of both the demand organization (clients/occupiers) and the FM organization (in-house or outsourced).
