Overview
CEN ISO/TS 13830:2013 - "Nanotechnologies - Guidance on voluntary labelling for consumer products containing manufactured nano-objects ()" provides a harmonized, voluntary framework for labelling consumer products that intentionally contain manufactured nano-objects (PCMNOs). The Technical Specification is intended to help manufacturers and distributors communicate clearly and accurately about nanoscale content without prejudging benefits or risks. It is guidance (not mandatory regulation) and does not replace legal labelling requirements for specific markets.
